We loved the location in an unbeatable and incredible setting, by hills.

We enjoyed this brilliant hotel and stayed here for 6 nights. The provided service was exceptional. Plus their wifi was strong. The location was exceptional, within walking distance of Roman Fort.

Be sure to try the homemade breakfast rolls. they are a delightful start to your day and add a unique touch to your stay.

The evening meals were superb! The steak and ale pie I had was fantastic and fueled my hike the next day.

The evening meal was absolutely top-notch, actually some of the best we’ve had in ages. We enjoyed a cozy atmosphere with relaxing options like a lovely bar and garden seating. A minor hiccup was the limited electric sockets in the room, but it didn't impact our stay at all. 🌟

Had a lovely stay in a single room with a fine view over the hills, and the breakfast was spot on with just the right amount of bacon. I found it super relaxing to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Just a heads up, the shower gel was empty, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 🌟

The kids had a blast visiting nearby hills, and the home-cooked meals, especially the hearty Guinness pie, were a real treat after a long day.

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom setup could use clearer signage. A more family-friendly layout with better charging options would enhance the stay greatly.
